Global Consultant People Analytics (m/f/d)

To build our global HR analytics and reporting team, we are looking for a passionate People Data Analyst, based in any of our main office locations, with preference for Munich, Princeton, London or Singapore.
You will work with a global team of experienced People Analytics experts to introduce a people data culture in HR and to translate HR data and metrics into meaningful information. With this, you will bring Munich Re (Group)'s people analytics function to the next level.
You will report to the Global Head of Rewards & People Analytics. This role is hybrid.
Your job
- With advanced data capabilities, building (self-service) dashboards, scorecards and reporting tools for different HR topics and partners
- Supporting the identification, definition and collection of relevant HR KPIs according to our business and people strategy
- Based on people and business data, performing ad-hoc analyses on global and group-wide level
- Consulting HR and partners on different levels with findings from data analyses to allow data-driven decision-making
- Building a data governance structure by defining need to know principles and controlling access to systems and data points
- Collaborating with colleagues in all regions, and from ERGO and MEAG
- Participating in global and group-wide projects
- Inspiring creativity by using your expert knowledge on trends and technical evolutions
- Taking over tasks of team members by proxy and as a development opportunity
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Mathematics or similar
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in Data Analytics / People Analytics
- Analytical thinker with solid experience transforming metrics into meaningful information
- Knowledge of analytical programming (R, Python) and experience using visualization/ reporting tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Passionate about technical evolution, concepts and solutions
- Experience initiating and driving change processes
- Reliable team player with a and structured way of working
