Who are you
You have a passion for building a robust sustainable service management infrastructure, a team and culture. Can you do this in a fast-paced customer focussed business? You could have an IT / Cloud or Telcos background, coupled with commercial acumen, and a completer-finisher’s drive.
What will you do
We build the infrastructure that brings brilliant fibre broadband and digital happiness to our customers. Our growth has been running at 50% per annum for many years and this has brought complexity and challenges. We need a 24/7 support function that covers critical incidents through to one off problematic installations. We need a deep dive into our support practices and personnel to bring together a framework and system that gets our customers back online if a hurricane hits.
You will own the budget, create a plan, and implement it.
You will have a Team of 18 from the outset which will grow.
