WHAT WE NEED

Brandywine Insights is partnering closely with senior consultants and firms who practice and advise specifically on Government Policy, Legal, Family Offices, Venture Capital and Private Equity to take on the clients’ most difficult strategic and financial challenges, transform mindsets, reimagine businesses, and build capabilities that enable organizations to achieve sustainable advantage. The ideal partner will be inquisitive, curious, and confident, with a penchant for going above and beyond immediate project requirements to find deep insights. A passion for problem-solving and communication skills will be critical to success.

YOUR STRENGTHS

Demonstrated ability to develop client engagements, client relationships, and provide “thought leadership” to BI.

Over 10 years of solid track record of developing and owning strong client relationships with organizations, as well as identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships and grow the business.

You have experience consulting and delivering for clients in

  • Board Advisory,
  • Government Policy,
  • Fundraising, PE/VC/SWF
  • Technology,
  • Energy, and
  • Healthcare, among others

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

BI works on a variety of projects across topics, industries and size, analyzing problems, discovering insights, delivering recommendations, and making change happen for our clients.

You’ll collaborate with BI in a relationship-driven environment. BI works alongside some of the best minds on cases that reshape business, government and society helping you increase your understanding of complex business problems from diverse perspectives, and develop new skills. At the same time, you’ll partner with clients, taking on the role of trusted advisor, and work at all levels of the client organization to find and execute value creation strategies that result in meaningful, enduring impact.

YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH BI

  • The Business Consultant Partner is an entrepreneurial role.
  • The Business Consultant Partner is a contractor and not an employee of BI.
  • A revenue-sharing arrangement will exist between BI and the Consulting Partner.
  • BI will work closely with you to explore, strategize and develop client relationships.
