Job description

We require an enthusiastic professional who is capable of leading and motivating the sales team at the MANNS Halesworth and MANNS Norfolk locations in the selling of premier agricultural machinery to professional farmers and contractors.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated and a strong communicator, with a clear knowledge of the needs of the modern agricultural industry. They will be responsible for the mentoring and nurturing of new team members and the ongoing development of more established team members.

A key function of the role will be to assist the sales teams at both locations in reaching their sales targets, as well as ensuring other key objectives and policies are maintained such as health and safety, stock levels and depot appearance.

The role also includes involvement in the wider MANNS management team where the responsibility for the wider running and management of the business including ensuring an acceptable level of financial return set by the Board of Directors is achieved.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £43,000.00-£53,000.00 per year
