Grampian Lettings Ltd Based in Aberdeen City is looking for an enthusiastic person willing to work self-managed hours in a property management company from home most of the time, occasional site visits will be needed. All you would need a PC, smartphone, broadband and a vehicle.

Essential Requirements: - Good speaking English - Common with PC operations and usage - Own vehicle Duties would include: - Administrative operations (on PC or Mobile): speaking to customers, suppliers and contractors thru emails/sms/calls - On-site property visits for organisational duties - Marketing and reputation campaigns

3 months trial part-time period with the option of proceeding to a full-time position afterwards. The hourly tariff rate is negotiable depending on the candidate's skills.
