We have an exciting opportunity to manage an impressive and ambitious venue. The Three Lions is a recently refurbished bar and restaurant with a function room, 7 guest rooms, patio and gardens. Located in a rural location just inside The New Forest we are in a perfect spot with a relaxing outlook but easy access to The New Forest, Bournemouth, Salisbury and Southampton.
We are seeking enthusiastic and hard working individuals who have the experience, passion and eye for detail to ensure all aspects of the business are managed to a high standard. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the day to day running of the business. Excellent communication skills are essential in order to work closely and successfully with colleagues, suppliers and customers.
This is a live in position with applications from couples and families welcome as we have accommodation to suit.

Key responsibilities include
Preparing and managing rotas, keeping a careful eye on costs while maintaining service standards.
To lead a cohesive team across all departments to achieve overall success.
To possess a sound knowledge of food & drink.
To demonstrate excellent levels of customer service, prioritising the customer experience and to ensure your staff follow suit.
Possess good business acumen and computer/EPOS/PMS knowledge and skills.
Possess a positive attitude with flexibility to changing situations and ability to problem solve.
Be able to follow and maintain routines to achieve order and accountability across the whole business.
