The business is young and dynamic and growing quickly. This means that the persons in this role needs to be adaptable to different work and also willing to turn their hand to anything. It is also a great opportunity as this role could lead to fast career progression for the right candidate.
The role will be to ensure all customer orders are picked and packed accurately and dispatched in line with company promise of same day dispatch. The role is offered between £9.00 - £9.50 per hour (Age dependant) with holiday pay in addition. This is a zero hour contract role and weekly rotas will be issued however hours can vary but we are looking for people who can offer daytime hours across the week Monday-Sunday.
- Picking orders quickly and accurately, checking the full quantity is picked and the correct items are sent
- Packing items quickly and carefully in a manner that minimises postal breakages and reduces postage charges
- Ensuring the correct documentation is sent on international parcels
- Maintaining accurate stock levels through accurate picking
Minimum Requirements
- Ability to pick accurately and at speed
- Ability to pack orders presentably and well protected
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Good attention to detail
- Good organisational skills, punctual and reliable
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a "can do" attitude
- E-commerce warehouse experience desirable
- Experience and knowledge of spiritual products would be an advantage
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 15-37.5 per week
Salary: £9.00-£9.50 per hour
