Job description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries and questions in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a customer-centric attitude and has the ability to work full-time (or 24 hours weekly on a part-time basis) to help increase customer acquisitions and sales. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries.
- Answer questions and offer assistance regarding products, services or policies.
- Familiarise yourself with the company's products and services.
- Talk to customers about the company's products directly in order to promote them.
- Answer customers' questions regarding specific products or services provided.
- Provide information about products and services.
- Create, review, and maintain records of customer contacts.
