Desktop Support Specialist, End User, Manchester, £32,000

Pearson Carter are currently working with one of the most reputable companies in the education sector. They are looking to grow their team as the company is growing at a rapid rate. They are looking for someone who has experience with Desktop Support (SCCM/Intune).


They offer an excellent salary of up £32K depending on experience + The role will require someone to be in the Manchester office 5 days a week at the start but will go down to 3 days after training.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Desktop Support queue in ServiceNow, ensuring Incidents, Requests,
  • Problems and Changes are resolved within SLA/OLA or escalate accordingly, in line with business needs.
  • Point of escalation for other IT Support team’s

Experience:

  • Demonstrable knowledge of the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) technologies and Microsoft Deployment Tool Kit (MDT) knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience of ticket management principles
  • Incident and Request management using an ITSM tool.
  • Some level of experience working with SCCM/Intune.

Salary

They offer an excellent salary package: £28,000-£32,000 + Office based 5 days a week during learning and training then after 3 days a week + other great benefits.

The Microsoft Dynamics AX/F&O end user client has got an office in Manchester, the role is Office based 5 days a week during learning and training then after 3 days a week.
