General Manager - Tafarn Y Phoenix - Salary up to £38,000 per annum + Bonus
Marston’s is one of the UK’s largest and most beloved pub chains and today, we operate more than 1,300 pubs, bars and hotels.

Now, we’re on the lookout for a great General Manager to take charge at the Tafarn Y Phoenix and lead the team to success!

About the pub

The Phoenix is a thriving community pub situated in Gorslas, Carmarthenshire and is ideally situated, central to houses and on travel routes so attracts a lot of passing trade. It operates via a one floor operation with a large outside area perfect for the summer months. Inside is well zoned for food and drinks with the recent addition of a pool table. Outside we have a children's play area great for bringing in families.

The Phoenix sits in the heart of the community as attracts locals and passers by. It appeals to a wide range of guests and all are welcome in this friendly site.

The pub offers a classic food menu and sales are fairly evenly split across wet/dry.

There is accommodation for the General Manager above the pub with 3 bedrooms.
