As Head of Marketing, you will play a critical role in driving demand generation and customer engagement to support the company's ambitious growth targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to support growth targets
- Drive demand generation through targeted campaigns and initiatives, working closely with the sales team to generate leads and support the sales process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, driving customer engagement and retention
- Develop and manage the brand and positioning in the market
- Lead a team of marketers, setting clear objectives and providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns and initiatives
- Measure and analyse marketing performance, using data to inform decision-making and refine strategies as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously improving the marketing approach
- Represent the company at events and conferences, building a strong network in the industry
- Contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company, providing insight and recommendations for improvement
Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B SaaS
- Experience leading and managing a team of marketers
- Demonstrated success in driving demand generation and customer engagement
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform decision-making
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Location: The position of Head of Marketing will be based in Central London. Our client have a great hybrid working policy in place.
