The base
We're based in the City of London - close to our clients, in the heart of the UK's financial centre and have everything we need to work flexibly.

Our investment teams support our overall purpose to help build the long-term future prosperity of our clients by managing investments for institutions and people to help them meet their financial goals and prepare for the future.
We offer innovative products and solutions across a wide range of asset classes, including Equities, Fixed income, Multi-asset, Private Assets and Alternatives.
By combining deep client relationships with market insights and our strong investment capabilities, we can design bespoke products and services. Using a combination of fundamental research and data-guided insights, we construct solutions that meet our clients changing needs.

The programme
Our 2024 Summer Internship Programme starts on Monday 10 June 2024 and runs for 10 weeks ending on Friday 16 August 2024.
This Programme will provide you with a unique introduction into the investment management industry and our investment strategies. You'll be given introductory training and opportunities to network with people across the business.
During your internship you will be assigned to an investment team in either Equities, Fixed Income or Multi-asset where you'll have the opportunity to work on a range of things such as; research projects, shadow senior executives and learn from some of the best in the industry.
Regardless of which team you join, our job is to outperform others in the industry by using our teams of specialists and Portfolio Managers to generate research ideas and contribute to our investment choices.

The knowledge, skills and qualifications we're looking for
- An honours degree or equivalent – we're not fussed when it comes to your degree subject or predicted grade
- You will be in your penultimate year of study. Unfortunately we no longer accept applications from final year students considering further studies (i.e Masters) upon completion of undergraduate course
