General Manager - Revolution - Revolution Edinburgh
Salary £36,500 - £45,000 + 50% OTE Bonus
We are looking for a talented General Manager to lead the team at Revolution Edinburgh. This two story, 3 bar venue in the heart of the old town and opposite the National Museum operates throughout the day and night. Offering food from 12pm - 9pm, with an extensive cocktail and drinks offering, and of course, a massive VODKA list! Catering for all, from casual diners and students, to hen and stag, and late night party goers, huge Christmas parties and everything in between. This is a venue for an experienced, hands on GM who wants to make the most of the plethora of opportunities that Edinburgh has to offer.
As the General Manager of this beautiful site, you’ll ensure that you and your team are enjoying the experience just as much as your guests are. Being a great communicator and relationship builder is essential in a General Manager role, as you’ll be the face of the business! If you’ve got experience of running shifts in a busy hospitality environment and value a fun place to work, then this is the perfect role for you!
