JCB require a General Manager to join the Export Europe Sales Team
We require an experienced and result-driven General Sales Manager to join the Export Europe Sales team at JCB.

Our Opportunity:
JCB require an experienced, adaptable, and result-driven General Sales Manager, who will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activity of JCB’s Export Europe (North or South Division) sales team. The role will report directly to the Managing Director – International Sales.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Drive the commercial teams and activities to delivery on business targets for the region.
- Develop business plans based on the strategic goals and ensure execution aligns.
- Build and maintain strong dealer and customer relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
- Work with dealers and employees to continuously improve customer satisfaction and sustainable growth for the business.
- Translate long-term business strategy into actionable short-term business goals for the team’s delivery.
- Establish team goals in training and development, performance, and career planning for the team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree qualified in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Extensive experience in the Construction or Capital Goods industry.
- Effective communicator with the ability to display maturity to overcome challenging complex business situations.
- Knowledge of emerging-market business development and/or distribution operations.
- Demonstrated ability in managing sales targets on a regular basis.
- Strong negotiation and organisation skills.
- Be adaptable, persuasive, self-motivated and goal driven.
- Strong People Manager with experience in developing teams.
- Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
