We are currently hiring General Managers in the Calgary region!
As a B&G General Manager, you’ll get to showcase your excellent management skills and lead our team to deliver East Coast Hospitality & culinary excellence.
Blowers & Grafton (B&G) dishes up authentic street food, with real, honest ingredients and laid-back, East Coast hospitality. B&G sources as much of its menu from out East as possible to bring you tasteful tributes, genuine flavors and all the classics! From the OG Halifax Donair and Garlic Fingers, to the Mini Lobster Rolls and Fried Clams, it’s all washed down with your choice of craft beer and cocktails.
General Manager Roles & Responsibilities;
- Manage & oversee day-to-day operations
- Assign weekly performance goals and ensure their completion
- Track stock levels of food, supplies, and equipment, forecast needs, and oversee ordering as necessary
- Radiate East Coast Hospitality and YES Culture!
- Maintain our fun, positive and respectful culture while keeping team members on task with their responsibilities & goals
- Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses
- Hire, on- board, train and develop new team members
- Design strategy and set goals for growth
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Streamline the restaurant processes to ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Manage all aspects of the store’s Human Resources
- Respond efficiently to all guest reviews, questions and complaints
- Upholds and exemplifies all company values
- Plan & develop the restaurant marketing strategy

Salary: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
