THE ROLE
As an Assistant Manager, you will…
Support the General Manager by running the restaurant and looking after your guests- Lead your team by example
- Play a crucial role in helping us achieve our mission of becoming the UK’s favourite Italian
- Ensure every customer leaves happy, wanting to return.

Situated in the centre of Glasgow and within easy reach of the rail station. Glasgow is renowned for its stunning architecture and in the respect Prezzo St Vincents Place does not disappoint.
