Job description
- Support with sourcing accommodation for our overseas employees
- Liaise with home managers to book viewings and arrange tenancy agreements
- Support the head of recruitment with tenancy requirements
- Support the onboarding team with reference chasing and creating contracts
- First point of contact for all incoming calls
- Support the onboarding teams with chasing outstanding ID documents
- Support the immigration team with reporting duties
- Maintenance of the ATS
- Support with the upkeep of the careers website

- Good telephone manner
- Accurate and efficient
- Must be able to take instruction from a manager whilst having the ability to work on your own initiative and within the team environment
