Here at Drakes we are looking for a new team member, who is able to do a fixed Thursday and Fridays weekly from 7am - 11am.
Duties:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service
- Assist with food preparation and plating as needed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
- Knowledge of culinary terms and menu items is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
