We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our business. You will form part fo the operations team carrying out vital task to help deliver a great experience for customers. This is a full-time position that reports to the Head of Operations and will see the successful candidate playing an integral team member in the company. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing our post and actioning the arising issues and communicating information between customer services and the operations team. The successful candidate will have at least one year of relevant experience, proficiency in word processing and data entry, and good communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Managing company post and action arising issues
- Ad hoc operational task
- Data entry
- Gathering information and researching
- Making outbound calls to utility suppliers
- Support the customer service and operations team to deliver an excellent service to our customers

Salary: £20,331.00-£21,335.00 per year
