Job description
Sunshine Garden Centre is seeking a passionate and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team to ensure that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
 - Assist customers with product selection and offer expert advice
 - Process sales transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
 - Maintain accurate inventory records and restock shelves
 - Keep the store clean and organised
 - Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues
 
Qualifications:
- GCSEs or higher
 - Garden Centre Retail sales experience preferred
 - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
 - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
 - Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
