We are looking for enthusiastic and hard-working Game Masters to join our AIM team at our Aldgate East venue!

About the Role:
As a game master, your main responsibility is facilitating various games and making sure everything runs smoothly. You will be confident in communicating with our teams, giving a quick brief and explaining the rules, giving clues, and resetting the games for the next team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing the venue
- Staging and setting up rooms
- Meet and greet customers upon arrival
- Provide introduction, rules, and story of each game
- Communicate with players through walkie-talkies
- Monitor games and provide hints and tips when needed
- Cheer for teams and take photos
Qualifications
- Previous game master experience (preferred but not essential)
- Customer service experience
- Acting or performing experience (preferred but not essential)
- Good problem-solving skills
- Perform well even under pressure
- Timekeeping and the ability to multi-task
- Interest in logic-related puzzles
- Positive attitude, easily approachable
- Fluent verbal and written English
- All applicants need to be able to work weekends, as these are our busiest times.
- All applicants must also be able to commute for early starts and late finishes. Earliest start time will be 9am and latest finish will be midnight.
- Shifts will vary week to week depending on bookings. We send out an availability list each week and allocate shifts depending on your availability and customer bookings.
- There will be opportunities to earn bonuses based on performance.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 4-32 per week
Salary: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
