Job description
The Hours: This role is an hourly paid, fixed term role. Wherever possible we aim to offer a consistent working pattern, but we’re looking for flexibility as it may be necessary for us to alter this pattern from time to time to suit the needs of the business. We’d give you as much notice of this as possible. Weekend work required.
The Salary: £9.60 per hour, rising in April.
Duration: Fixed Term until 31st December 2023

You will be working in the Bull Pen Gallery at Cotehele; Bull Pen Gallery is situated in one of the old farm buildings at Cotehele. Next to the medieval Barn restaurant, the bull pen was probably built when the East Range of the house was remodelled around 1860. It has been transformed into a light and airy space perfect for showcasing beautiful hand-crafted pieces.What you'll be doing:With your love of working with people and desire to provide an excellent service, you’ll acknowledge, welcome and engage every visitor, offering them help and advice with their purchases. This means you’re always on hand to help and the shop is maintained to a high standard.
