Become a Junior Retail Graphic Designer (Product Team)
We aren’t necessarily looking for someone with any workplace experience, but rather someone who’s eager to learn, grow and unleash their artistic artworking superpowers across our incredible product range. From toys to games, calendars to cuddly toys, stationery to everything in-between, your designs will bring joy inspiration to our customers.
Now, hold on tight because it's a fast-paced team with deadlines to meet. But fear not, time flies when you're having fun - and trust us, this is the kind of fun that makes work feel like a hobby. Your Mission
You’ll be supporting the artworking of our Own-Brand labelling and getting stuck into the design and development of our amazing products, working across all our proposition pillars.
- Learn, absorb, develop, and hone your skills under our wing
- To be meticulous with your eye or detail and following brand guidelines.
- Ensure all critical dates and deadlines are hit
- Deliver projects from brief to production sign off and beyond!

- Inspiring - Passionate about our brand and inspiring customers through creative content and fun designs.
- Highly Organised - Excellent time management skills, the ability to balance and prioritise multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines.
- Confident communicator – Able to present concepts in a confident and engaging manner, whilst being open and responsive to feedback. An excellent team-player and partner to cross-functional departments with the ability to understand a brief, suggest creative improvements.
What you’ll need to join the team
- A portfolio of your work to share with us
- In-depth knowledge of Illustrator and skilled with InDesign and Photoshop
- Confident in editing, resizing and creating fantastic content.
- Basic knowledge of design for print production
- Creative thinking and ideas
- Up to date knowledge of the latest design trends
