Key Responsibilities Include:
- Maximize the performance of the restaurant by increasing sales and reducing costs
- To manage the front of house team including oversight of rotas, annual leave, interviewing new staff, and reviewing the development of new and existing staff
- Staying on top of the due diligence
- Maintain high standards of food and safety
- Ordering and receiving deliveries from suppliers
- Delivery of Excellent customer service personally and through the team
- Develop a strong team over a period of time
- To liaise with the Company Accountant on stocks and to manage stock levels in the front of house operations
- Quality control
