What you will be doing:
- Supporting the invoicing/Application procedures in the company.
- Supporting the operation of the credit control system.
- Raising and closing projects.
- Answering the phone and liaising with customers.
- Supporting HR activities.
- Administering working hours / timesheet data to support payroll.
- Providing administrative support to the business.
What you will need:
- Experience of providing administration services in an office.
- Relevant administrative/accounting qualification would be advantageous but not essential as training can be provided.
- Have good personal drive to succeed with a willingness to learn.
- Be numerate, literate and logical with good attention to detail.
- Have strong organisational skills and confidence within the role.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Be flexible/adaptable.
- Be competent in the use of relevant IT software.
