We are currently seeking 5 English tutors to join our expanding team in China. As an in-person Business English tutor, you'll enjoy a comprehensive range of benefits, including a fully furnished, free one-bedroom apartment within walking distance to the office in the bustling capital city of Jilin province, Changchun. For those with families, we offer larger accommodation at no extra cost. You'll also receive a full-time permanent contract with 30 days of paid holidays per annum, comprehensive health insurance coverage, and a Chinese work permit application at no additional cost.
In addition to the above, we also offer a reimbursed flight to China after 12 months of service, and a free return flight ticket every 12 months period thereafter. With a basic salary of 10,000 RMB (approximately £1,200) per month for working a 12 hours/week shift and overtime pay at £25 per hour for up to 18 hours per week, you can expect a gross salary of £3,500 per month for working 35 hours per week.
To ensure a smooth and comfortable transition, we offer 30 hours of one-to-one Chinese language tutoring free of charge to help you settle in upon arrival.
Requirements for this position are simple. A bachelor's degree or higher obtained from a UK university or college, no previous teaching experience is required, as full training will be provided. A team player with a positive, respectful, adaptable, and flexible attitude with excellent communication skills is what we are looking for.
