Due to our recent investment in marketing in family law area [ we offer on No win no fee basis] we are seeing an increase number of enquiries from potential family law clients due to which an outstanding opportunity for a Family Law Solicitor has arisen to join our family team.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in Divorce, Matrimonial Finances, Cohabitation Disputes and Private Children Law.
We are looking for a candidate confident in and passionate about business development to assist in raising the profile of an already successful and thriving team, whilst also supporting growth from different channels. The successful candidate will be expected to attend networking events and assist with marketing and business development opportunities.
Owing to the sensitive nature and time demands of Family Law work, we are looking for a candidate who provides a high level of client care, whilst maintaining adherence to our standards.
It is vital to have excellent communication, organisation and time keeping skills.
We can work on fee sharing basis with successful candidate may take up to 70% of the fee charged.

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for retaining clients, and working on case from beginning till end.

- Conduct legal research and gather relevant case information
-Manage your own caseload and supervise others if applicable and adhere to high standard of client care.
- Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and affidavits
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Schedule appointments, hearings, and depositions
- Prepare trial binders and exhibits for court proceedings
- Attend client meetings and take detailed notes
Skills & Qualifications
-Practicing Solicitor with 3 years PQE.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent experience required
- Strong knowledge of family law procedures and regulations
- Proficient in legal research tools and software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with electronic filing systems
