Base Salary is £22,000 - £25,000 based on experience OTE £30,000 - £40,000
Plus uncapped commission and regular incentives & competitions.
Working Hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm. Weekend shifts on a rota basis, approximately 2 weekend shifts per month.
At the beginning of the year we moved into our newly opened Norwich Head Office in St Andrews Business Park. Our new location is ideal, and has several local amenities such as a gym, McDonald’s, Costa, Aldi & Sainsbury’s. The Terrace Café located opposite the office offering great food at reasonable prices.

What you will be doing:
- Selling flooring to trade and retail customers, building rapport, to deliver a first-class customer experience to promote and sell all products on behalf of the company.
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure every customer receives the required advice to assist in finding the product that suits their needs.
- Interacting with our customers predominantly by phone, but also by email, live chat and live video.
- Supporting and liaising with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.
- Becoming a brand advocate.
