Embankment Kitchen – Salford, Greater Manchester
A neighbourhood restaurant in Manchester is on the lookout for the best in hospitality to join our team.
We have opportunities for talented bartenders working between 32 and 40 hours, passionate about customer service, whose expertise guarantees the quality and consistency of all drinks served which they deliver with style and efficiency. Responsibilities
· Deliver exceptional levels of customer service
· Prepare all ordered drinks to specification and maintaining product standards and consistency
· Develop excellent product knowledge
· Maintain beverage stock, garnishes and glassware as required, communicating any significant stock availability issues to the team
· Maintain cleanliness, safety and organization of the bar
· Complete quality preparation of all duties to clean, set up, handover and close bar to standard
· Develop an efficient work pace that ensures guest satisfaction at all times
Requirements

Some bar experience is preferable but not essential as full training will be given. More important are the skills listed above. Please note this role will involve working on breakfast shifts as well.
