The role and its key responsibilities -

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for capturing and defining quality business requirements for client stakeholders as part of a variety of change programs. You must be able to demonstrable the ability to work across all levels of stakeholders and third parties within a commercial environment.

Whilst working at dig-x, you could be potentially working alongside multiple clients across multiple large-scale projects. You will have the opportunity to grow with this upcoming consultancy, making a name for itself amongst established big named players. Some key responsibilities for the role include:

  • Work with stakeholders at all levels to analyse both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Own the production of excellent business requirements to meet business needs
  • Analyse ‘as is’ and propose ‘to be’ processes
  • Collaborate with test and development teams to produce the desired business outcome
  • Provide an interface between business areas and project teams throughout the change life cycle

What you will need for the role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to facilitate and lead requirements-gathering workshops
  • Strong business and IT stakeholder management capability
  • Self-starter, positive mental attitude with business & end customer focussed mentality
  • Ability to capture and produce clear, concise business process mapping
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to investigate a problem through analytical thinking
  • Able to work well with technical colleagues when problem-solving and supporting the design & delivery of the solution
  • Strong presentation skills

  • Financial Services experience
  • AWS/Azure project delivery
  • User journey capture
  • Data migration experience
  • Ability to recognise and capture business risk and mitigation strategies
  • Business Analysis qualification
  • Waterfall and Agile Scrum methodology experience
  • An understanding of change management procedures and data governance policies
  • Ability and inclination to learn new skills as required
  • Experience in using the following software: Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, Gliffy, MS Office

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £40,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
