Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full-Time Early Childhood Educator to guide our three-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience in early childhood education, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting, and be comfortable teaching our Christian-based curriculum. Responsibilities: Teaching and Curriculum: Develop and implement daily routines and lessons, adapting the curriculum to meet the needs of individual children or groups. Engagement: Create an engaging and supportive learning environment through interactive play and activities. Social and Emotional Development: Foster the social and emotional growth of children, helping them develop appropriate individual and group behaviors in accordance with our discipline policy. Child Supervision: Supervise and guide 5-10 children at a time, ensuring their safety and well-being. Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents, providing detailed reports on their child's progress and daily activities. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other educators and staff members, demonstrating a positive, encouraging and cooperative attitude. Flexibility: Be flexible with scheduling, including the willingness to work in different classrooms as needed. Compliance: Adhere to state guidelines for early childhood education. * Requirements: Experience in early childhood education, preferably in a preschool or daycare setting. A heart for young children, patience, and a kind demeanor. Willingness to obtain CPR certification, pass a background check, and take a TB test. Shared vision for teaching children not only for school, but for life. Reliable transportation Strong communication skills. Willingness to purchase and wear scrubs for work (blush pink or dark navy). Ability to plan and prepare the classroom setting effectively. Bachelor's degree in early child development desired but not required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field.
