ADHD Coach

My client are a Therapy Management Company with a core group of excellent therapists and coaches who's practice offers a range of treatments/therapies including CBT, EMDR therapy, Art based therapy and Neurodiverse Integrated Therapy ... They are dedicated to helping individuals with their mental health well-being . They are now looking for a qualified ADHD coach to join them. Looking for a committed person who is qualified and experienced in supporting/coaching people with ADHD/Neurodiversity.

As a coach you will be responsible for providing one to one sessions to individuals with ADHD and Neurodiversity and supporting them in managing their symptoms, improving their executive functioning skills, and enhancing their overall quality of life. You will collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based interventions.

This is initially a Freelance position.

Responsibilities:

Provide individual coaching sessions to clients with using proven Techniques/Methods.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans.
Collaborate with clients to set realistic goals and monitor progress throughout therapy.
Employ a client-centered approach, tailoring interventions to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual.
Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities and techniques, and other specialized treatments for ADHD.
Educate clients about ADHD symptoms, coping strategies, and self-management techniques.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Requirements:

1 or 2 years of experience coaching clients with ADHD and a thorough understanding of ADHD-related challenges. Strong knowledge of evidence-based treatments for ADHD.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients and foster a therapeutic alliance.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and remotely, utilizing teletherapy platforms effectively. A high level of empathy, compassion, and patience when working with individuals with ADHD. Reliable internet connection and a suitable workspace for conducting online therapy sessions
Would Welcome skills/Certifications in coaching or training in or other evidence-based treatments for ADHD. Experience using technology-driven platforms for remote therapy delivery. Familiarity with ADHD-related apps, tools, and resources also helpful. My client offer monthly peer assessments, case management discussions and ongoing mentoring.
