Due to increased demand for our products and services we now need a Full or Part-Time Finance Administrator to work in our busy Finance/Purchase Admin office.

This could be for you if you can demonstrate:
- At least one year experience working in a finance role
- Experience of using IT systems and processes from previous role
- Excellent numeracy skills
- You should be proficient in microsoft packages including Word and Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- The ability to work as part of a team that strives to continually improve its service
- Strong problem solving skills and the initiative to take ownership of an issue
- Tenacity and the ability to see things through
- Strong time management skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively
Part time working hours would be considered and encouraged – but with flexibility to adapt to temporary changes to working patterns. Ideally candidates must be able to work between 25 and 40 hours per week. Opening hours are 08:30 and 17:30 Mon-Fri, hours can be negotiated around this.

What will I be doing in the role?
As a Finance Administrator, you’ll be working as part of a small Finance team, supporting with credit control and general finance administration duties such as matching and coding invoices, raising purchase invoices and reporting. Other ad-hoc tasks as may be required to help support the team.
