ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Front Office intern, you will be providing support to our receptionists and acting as an in-house guest ambassador. You’ll be establishing and developing personal contact with all our guests and providing continuous care, comfort and warmth throughout their stay.
Other responsibilities include performing all administrative and operative tasks, supporting the reservations department in their absence by handling enquiries, updating guest registration cards according to MOHG standards, and ensuring consistent knowledge of our Mission Statement, Pillars and all other service standards.
