You will be responsible for receiving new referrals into our service areas, collating and providing performance data with reporting and data input on our local government systems, with the ability to analyse situations. Key to this role is the geographical planning of staff rotas and customer visit allocation across Derby City using our electronic rostering system. You must be able to work creatively to specific timelines in our fast paced, pressured environment to ensure our service runs smoothly with adequate staffing and customer visits met.
If you possess:-

As part of our safer recruitment checks the successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Please be aware that where there are staff within the organisation who are 'at risk' of redundancy, requirements to redeploy to another suitable role will apply and take priority.
