We have some fantastic opportunities to join us as a Customer Helper - Front of House Supervisor at Manchester Airport on a fixed term basis for Summer 2023!
Reporting to the Customer Helper Duty Management Team, as a Customer Helper - Passenger Service Supervisor you will be responsible for the effective allocation of resource and co-ordination of duties of our Customer Helper – Front of House and Sales Desk Teams, to ensure that all Jet2.com and Jet2holidays customers always receive a fantastic service.
What will you do as a Customer Helper - Front of House Supervisor?
- Lead and support the day to day Customer Helper team performance on shift.
- Play an important role in ensuring the efficient running of the day to day check in and boarding operation
- Work closely with our third party partners to ensure we deliver a fantastic service.
- Be an ambassador of our safety first culture, ensuring you drive the culture through every aspect of the role.
This is a varied and fulfilling role with people and operational responsibility and will play a vital part in ensuring we achieve our On Time Performance, Safety and Customer Satisfaction targets.
This role is available on a 40 hour per week fixed term contract. As we are always on hand to help our customers, this position involves working on a rostered shift basis and requires flexibility to support our flight programme. Shifts will cover our 24/7 operation and will include working weekends and bank holidays.
