We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join our Front End team. The Front End Associate is responsible for greeting guests and assisting them with seating selection, and is responsible for the prompt completion of all orders. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who can handle multiple tasks, can work well under pressure, and understands the importance of guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and complaints in person, over the phone, and via e-mail.
- Open, close, and manage the cash register.
- Greet customers with a smile.
- Offer discounts to customers who use self-serve checkout.
- Expedite food orders by giving them to the cooks at the right time.
- Handle customer complaints on food and service.
- Follow sanitation procedures.
- Take out the trash and recyclables to the dumpster.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: £6.81-£10.00 per hour
