Tiger Sales & Lettings are recruiting an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator for our Blackpool offices.

What to expect from working with Tiger Sales & Lettings as an Apprentice Lettings Negotiator?

  • You will have a fully trained support team who will assist in completing your tasks
  • You will support tenants and landlords throughout their entire journey with Tiger Sales & Lettings, ensuring they receive a first class customer experience
  • You will be responsible for processing rental offers and ensuring that tasks are completed to ensure compliance with the Tenant Fee Act.
  • You will be responsible for arranging and signing the tenancy paperwork and agreeing rent prices and move in dates with Landlords & Tenants.
  • You will be responsible for close communication with all clients, including liasing with clients regarding issues during the tenancy such as maintenance, rental arrears and tenancy termination
  • You will be expected to sell our products and services to clients
  • You will be expected to complete your qualification towards Level 3 ARLA and this will be supported by the company with on the job training and time allowed to complete studying.

Who is the ideal candidate to become a Tiger Sales & Lettings Apprentice Lettings Negotiator?

  • We are looking for candidate’s that provide a high level of customer service, who have experience in property management / administration with a strong desire to provide a first class customer experience
  • You should be self-motivated with a determination to be successful with a can-do attitude that will allow you to be successful as part of a team and working on your own
  • You should be presentable and confident in dealing with customers both face to face and by telephone
  • You should have excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • I.T skills are a necessity and you should be comfortable using Microsoft office systems
