Front of House Manager - Hook, Hampshire
To ensure the smooth running of the Front of House (FOH) departments including Nights, Concierge and Reception. To provide traditional hospitality and service excellence, offering a warm welcome to guests, while achieving agreed sales targets by a pro-active approach to existing and potential guests. Knowledge of Opera would be preferable.
We are looking for an experienced Front of House Manager or Reception Manager who is ready to take the next step in their career. The role would has potential to include the opportunity to earn an incentive bonus based on targets, guest satisfaction and commitment throughout the 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure the highest quality of guest service standards are adhered to by the FOH Teams, using the AA guidelines and the understood expectations for a 4 Red Star Hotel as well as the Guest Satisfaction Surveys and Mystery ‘Shopper reports
- To ensure that all new FOH Staff receive a comprehensive induction with sufficient time spent in other departments to enable them to fully understand how their role interacts across departments
- To ensure that Standards of Procedure (SOPs) are continually updated to match any changes and to ensure that staff are adhering to these
