SF Recruitment are working exclusively with a fantastic client in Raynesway. They are requiring a strong Administrator to join their team on a 3-month fixed term contract with the view to go permanent.
This is a busy and varied role where you can really make it your own. Our client requires a hard working and experience Administrator who can turn their hand to anything. You will play a key role in the business and support in various departments.
This is a full-time role, working Monday - Friday 8am-4pm and paying £12.30 an hour.
Main duties will include
- Answering the office phone line
- Dealing with customer queries via email and telephone
- Processing customer orders
- Booking out UK and EU deliveries
- Dispatching orders
- Assisting with exporting and importing
- Reception cover
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Liaising with the production teams
- General office administration duties such as printing, scanning, and photocopying
- Keeping company records updated
- Assisting with compliance
- Data entry
Skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong communicator
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional telephone manner
- Experience in export and importing would be beneficial, however not essential as full training will be provided
- Good IT skills and the ability to pick up systems and software quickly
