Job Purpose:
To offer all visitors a unique and high-quality experience when visiting the National Justice Museum and City of Caves through a consistently high standard of customer care, ensuring that the organisation attracts and retains visitors
Key Responsibilities:
To include (but not limited to):
- Ensure set up of events and functions meets organisational standards
- Organise and provide service during events and functions
- Ensure areas are cleared after events and functions
- Be responsible for set up and service of the bar when required
- Check and maintain preparation areas and store rooms
- Organise replenishment of resources for children’s’ activities throughout the sites
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the exhibitions and sites
- Cover the Reception desk at both locations in line with our customer service policy and VEA job description
- Assisting in the shop at both sites
- Replenish stocks in the shop at both locations
- Assist with the monthly stock take at both locations
- Carry out Museum Observations and Evaluations when required
- Any other duties consistent with the level of the post

- IT Literate in Word and Excel
- English GCSE Pass Grade
Salary: £10.90 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekend availability
Shift availability:
- Night shift (required)
