As a result of the recent growth of Foundation 92, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and committed Graphic Designer, who will become an integral part of the Foundation 92 Media team.
The Graphic Designer will design artwork required for promotion of the charities work, that will include graphics, booklets, flyers, presentations, videos as well as many other aspects of design work.
You’ll display a high level of confidence with your creative and communicative skills. This will be supported by an exciting portfolio that illustrates your passion and approach to creativity.
The role will be focused on design work from conceptual stage through to delivery, you’ll work across campaign activations and marketing activities, in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
As our primary creative resource, you’ll take ownership for helping to develop the brand and its offering moving forward.
Versatility is a key attribute. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a must, as is the ability to create assets across different touch points within our campaign marketing journey – you’ll demonstrate high levels of creative expertise, presenting your ideas both visually and verbally. The role is ideally suited to an individual with creative experience.
All postholders will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS clearance prior to the commencement of employment.
The postholder must possess a clean, UK Driving License and have access to a car.
The main responsibilities of post holders are as follows;
- Create both online and offline design, campaign content and other collateral
- Create templated and one-off designs to support media strategy and campaigns
- Create designs and templates for email campaigns, booklets, presentations and more.
- Create drafts and mock-ups of proposed designs and present them for review and revision
- Video Creation.
- Support F92s’ teams to ensure that all programmes are promoted effectively.
- Support the F92 media team with developing and updating the website.
- Work with the media team to ensure brand guidelines are used to achieve maximum customer engagement and brand recall.
- Ensure clear communication from start to finish for all graphic design-related projects and pieces of work
- Support with ad-hoc design requests
- Assist with the creation of new content pieces, including PDFs, reports, and presentations
- Support across other media areas as required.
- App development.
- Work towards and meet F92’s deadlines.
- Develop illustrations, and logos.
Person Specification
- Bachelors degree in marketing, graphci design, communications or related.
- Proven work experience in marketing, graphic design or a similar role.
- Self-motivated and ability to work on your own.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent eye for detail
- Experience in successfully managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience of adobe software.
- The ability to meet and work towards targets set both internally by Foundation 92 and external partners.
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
