Job description
We’re looking for a freelance Social and Community Manager to join us on a 6 week basis. You will be a Gen-Z enthusiast, responsible for sourcing and interacting with content across social media channels.
What the opportunity looks like
- Be an online voice and representation of LADbible Group brands across social commentary that meets our ethics and values
- Sourcing and interacting with content across Instagram, TikTok and Twitter - fit to a specific brief and guidelines
- Foster fun, humorous social conversation via community interactions on social posts (laugh, think, act)
- Collect, monitor and track commented-on posts into a spreadsheet (ie Google Sheets) across the campaign period
- Collaborate closely with strategy, delivery and creative stakeholders - as well as interact with clients where required.
- Help build rules of engagement criteria and tone of voice document for the campaign, bringing smart cultural thinking into processes
Skills and experience we’d like you to have
- An exceptional copy-writer that lives and breathes Gen-Z culture and knows how to connect to people in comment sections
- Be comfortable exchanging with audiences - both our followers and non-followers - and another brand in comment sections
- Well-versed in social media channels and what content connects with our audience
- Knowledge and awareness of brand safety guidelines and duty of care principles
