Job description
- Weekly and monthly raw material pricing adjustment administration and reconciliation
- Ensure there are appropriate checks to ensure accurate reporting
- Responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of financial data
- Support preparation of month end Functional Pack as required
- Work with Operations team with detailed analysis on costs
- Weekly planning report
- Sales analysis
- Inventory reporting
- Constant review of methods used to ensure best practice at all times
- Develop effective cross functional working relationships at all levels within the business
- Support the Financial Controller Ingredients and Finance Analyst in delivering all financial reports accurately and online
- Experience of communicating with external suppliers and customers
- Ability to work closely with non-finance team
- Cost and variance analysis
- Experience of detailed reconciliations
- Proven IT & Systems knowledge and experience, including Excel
- SAP would be desirable
- Ability to visualize the whole picture and understand the importance of their role both within the department and also within the whole company
- Quick learner with ability to work on own initiative in a fast moving, high pressured environment
- Strong numerical skills with the ability to understand and analyse financial data
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance people
