Would you like to join a global leader in built environment consultancy as a Senior Sustainability Consultant, providing strategic sustainability advice and design solutions for blue-chip clients, high-profile projects and landmark buildings across the UK and Europe?
As a sustainability expert, you will support and advise a wide range of clients in relation to their built environment projects and real estate assets, offering tailored sustainability services and strategies which could include Net Zero Carbon roadmaps, Life Cycle Assessments (LCA), Circular Economy studies, BREEAM, LEED and/or WELL certifications etc.

Role:
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with key clients to understand their needs and deliver an excellent service
- Act as Senior Sustainability Consultant and Project Lead to successfully coordinate and deliver sustainability projects and achieve their specific outcomes
- Advise on the implementation of sustainability into building design, construction and operation, including climate resilience, healthy and sustainable materials, whole-life carbon and social value.
- Manage or provide expertise relating to BREEAM, LEED and/or WELL certification, circular economy and sustainable material procurement, post-occupancy evaluation, occupier wellbeing etc.
- Maintain a broad understanding of sustainability and climate change issues benchmarking systems as they relate to the built environment
- Undertake Whole Life Carbon and/or Life Cycle Cost modelling to recommend Embodied Carbon solutions for new and existing buildings.
- Share your knowledge across the practice and support the training of more junior members of the team.
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a relevant subject; Sustainability, Architecture, Engineering, Environmental Management etc.
- At least 3 years experience within built environment sustainability consultancy.
- Effective at communicating, influencing, and embedding sustainability within a project team.
- Experienced in delivering sustainability co-ordination in design and construction, compliance, and certification (BREEAM, WELL or LEED).
- A good understanding of sustainable development issues as they relate to the built environment.
- Ability to create, build and manage client relationships.
