Hi, we are Property Photographers UK, a family run business! We provide a range of creative services from Photography, Floor Plans, Drone Photography/Videography and 360 Virtual Tours and are delighted to be working with some of the UK’s top end real estate industry.
We are also proud to be working directly with Airbnb. As a vibrant couple we always strive for excellent customer service, no formalities. Just being your friendly, bubbly self and make customers feel comfortable in their own home.
We are excited to be expanding our business, we are moving Property Photographers UK to Brighton, and are now looking for a passionate and creative individual to join our team to cover the East Midlands area. Majority of the work will cover Leicestershire and surrounding areas.
What's required:
- A friendly, ambitious approach and great communication skills - just be your fun, loving and bubbly self
- Capture High Quality Photographs (interiors/exteriors and 360)
- Produce accurate Floor Plan sketches
- Have an eye for detail with basic Photography knowledge and Experience in the Photography Industry
- Able to travel to multiple jobs a day - Have use of a car or other form of transport
- Organised and punctual
- An understanding use of editing software such as Lightroom/Photoshop - Being responsible for the editing process as this may be required depending on the job itself
- Able to make appointments using our booking system via Phone and Email.
- Collaborate/Offer Guidance with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each shoot
- Utilise artistic and technical skills to compose shots, adjust lighting, and capture the desired photo
- Conduct photo shoots in various settings including outdoor locations, or client premises
- Able to create
You must have the following equipment:
- A full framed Camera
- A Wide Angle Lens
- Flash Gun
- 360 Camera
- Tripod/Monopod
- Laser Measure and Graph Paper for the Floor Plan Sketches when needed
- Done - Under 250g
If you do not have some of the above equipment but would still be interested in the vacancy with the option to buy the required equipment. We do work with some companies that offer great finance options or affordable prices.
