Campanile is one one of the six brands of Louvre Hotels Group, the fifth largest hotel chain in the world. Campanile hotels are two/three-star hotels and are characterised by the homely atmosphere and the informal, but professional contact with our guests. There are 17 hotels across the UK in cities such as Liverpool, Manchester and Glasgow. The number of rooms in our hotels varies from 47 to 130 rooms. Most of the Campanile hotels also have a restaurant, bar and one or more meeting room

Waiting Staff key duties include:

· Participate in the organisation and preparation of the department for service

· Contribute in the after-service cleaning and preparation for the next shift

· Work with the back of house staff to ensure smooth running of service and guest satisfaction

· Table service – taking orders, giving drinks and food and clearing the tables

· Prepare and clean the meeting rooms and coffee area, this will include working with BOH and the sales co-ordinator to ensure client’s requirements are met

· Participate in the opening and closing of the department, this includes cashing up and filling in paper work

· Ensure food hygiene and health and safety compliance

What we are looking for:

· Good communication skills

· Have a great personality and comfortable with interacting with guests on a daily basis

· The ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative

· Previous experience in food and beverage (desirable)

· Have the ability to under pressure and in a face paced environment

· Multi-task, take direction from senior staff and adapt to the company’s needs

· Have pride in what you do, with the ability to build a rapport and long term relationships with our guests

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £10.75 per hour
