At Charles Hurts Belfast we have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, enthusiastic individual to join our growing team as a Parts Administrator, in order to not only support the day to day running of our parts department but also provide an exceptional administrative experience.
At our state-of-the-art dedicated Parts hub, you will be reporting to the accomplished Leah Chambers and work alongside our friendly team of parts advisors. Our Parts Administrators are responsible for efficiently and accurately processing all parts orders and maintain stock purchase records while ensuring that company policies and procedures are adhered to
Responsibilities:- Processing of supplier orders and booking them onto the system
- Daily Banking of Cash
- General daily administrative duties to include filing, photocopying, mail / e-mail management
- Raising Credit Notes for Customers
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative role. You will be self-motivated, organised with a keen eye for detail. You will have excellent communication skills, can build rapport with customers and suppliers. In addition, you will work well both independently and as part of a larger team.
Having previous experience within the motor trade would be advantageous, although not essential as full training will be provided.
