£10.90 p/h

KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To ensure food hygiene and health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
- Cleaning of the bar and food storage areas, its surrounds and equipment;
- Carry out duties in accordance with Centrala’s Policies and Procedures
- Carry out any other duty as directed by the duty manager, in accordance with the level of the role
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar/food storage area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
REQUIRED COMPETENCES
- Support the work of the team and be prepared to support others in their work
- Contribute to the maintenance of a healthy, safe and productive working environment for you, your colleagues, visitors and customers
- Previous experience working for non profit organisation is preferred but not required
- Barista experience is preferred but not required
- Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures
- Undertake training as appropriate
