Experienced Furniture Framer Wanted in Batley, West Yorkshire

A Bespoke Furniture Company is seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Framers. If you have a passion for crafting beautiful and high-quality furniture frames, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a Framer, you will be responsible for producing strong and sturdy frames for our bespoke furniture pieces - primarily beds. This requires a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as the ability to work independently and meet production deadlines.

To be considered for this role, you must have experience in measuring and cutting timber and chipboard, as well as have a proven track record of producing good quality frames.

Responsibilities:

  • Be able to use the computer system, a frame calculator and other equipment if required.
  • Maintain certain physical standards (i.e. a clean uniform).
  • Use a variety of framing tools and techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, well-organized work space.
  • Suggest framing solutions based on customer specifications.
  • Take measurements of artwork.
  • Communicate in a friendly manner

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week

Salary: £8.20-£10.52 per hour
